Exercise programming built for real calendars, not perfect weeks
A program is only as good as the week it lands in. The client on night shifts, the parent whose kid gets sick, the traveler with a hotel gym and two dumbbells: they all need plans that bend without breaking.
This section is about building those plans. Expect pieces on session templates, exercise selection when equipment is limited, autoregulation clients can understand, deload timing, and writing a program someone can follow from their phone without texting you every set. We also cover documentation, because a program you can't explain or adjust six weeks later isn't much of a system.
Coming up: how to get started programming for general-population clients, and the beginner habits worth building early, like writing the minimum effective session before you write the ideal one.
